If my pet has dry skin, which shampoo is best for him?

When a pet suffers from a dry, flaky or itchy skin it is best to use a shampoo that offers moisturizing properties to soften and sooth the skin. Using Simbae’s shampoo will give you the moisturizing properties that you are after. It has natural moisturizes like Aloe Leaf, D-Panthenol and Vitamin E which help provide healthier skin for your furry loved one.

My pet scratches constantly from allergies. Does the Sensitive Shampoo help prevent this?

Simbae’s Sensitive Shampoo has been specially formulated to provide a very mild shampoo for your pet. The shampoo is also pH balanced so it doesn’t irritate the skin like most shampoos.

Can I use the Fabulous Fur Shampoo on both my cat and dog?

We have formulated this pet shampoo to be safe on both cats and dogs. It does not contain harmful ingredients that may affect your cat.

Will the Air Freshener eliminate the litter box odors?

Yes, the Air Freshener will eliminate the foul odors coming from the cat litter. Because the Air Freshener has been produced to be safe around animals you don’t need to worry about your pets being affected by this. Feel free to spray the Air Freshener on the cat litter and around the area to remove the foul odors.

My pet has urinated on the carpet, I have cleaned it but there is still some odor, what should I use?

In this situation, you need to also sanitize the area to remove any bacteria still remaining in the carpet. Using Simbae’s Surface Sanitizer, you will remove an unwanted bacteria and germs. Then use the Air Freshener on the carpet to quicken the odor removal process. You also don’t need to worry about discoloration of carpet from the Air Freshener as it also has good properties for fabric Air Freshening.

Can I use the Air Freshener in my pet’s cage?

Simbae’s Air Freshener can be used in your pet’s cage to remove an odors that you loved one may have brought in with them. You can spray it on their bedding and walls to ensure the removal of odor.

Can I use the Air Freshener on my pet?

Like humans, pets have a natural odor as well. Even though our Air Freshener was formulated to be safe around the use of pets, we do not advise the use on the actual animal.

Does Simbae contain Sodium Lauryl Sulphate?

Due to the harmful effects of Sodium Lauryl Sulphate the Simbae range do not use this ingredient to ensure the safety and health of our beloved pets.

I heard that there are some ingredients that are deadly to cats but safe on dogs. Can you give me an example and do you use this ingredient?

You heard right! Cats and dog’s chemical biology are different so their bodies and skin are going to react differently from one another. One ingredient that is deadly to cats but friendly on dogs is called ‘Permethrin’. Products you need to be aware of are products such as Flea Control products. You need to read the label and search for this ingredient. Even in small amounts this ingredient can be tragically deadly to your cat. Simbae does not use this ingredient in any of our products which is why Simbae products are suitable for both cats and dogs as this issue was taken into consideration during the research and development stage.

What is Simbae’s opinion on animal testing?

The Simbae brand was created due to our natural love for animals. We as a company are strongly against animal testing for chemical products.

How are Simbae products safe?

Simbae products are safe and non-toxic due to the fact that we use plant-based raw materials in all of our formulations. All of the plant-based ingredients are exceptionally picked out for their ‘mild’ properties in formulations used for animal products.

Are Simbae products safe to use around pets? How do you test this?

We use alternative methods of testing such as theoretical evaluation models for research and development for testing these products, and future products. Animal testing will never be a part of Simbae, nor part of the manufacturer TAJA Global.

Why is it important to use plant-based ingredients instead of Petrochemicals?

Unlike the petrochemical industry, which uses a lot of energy and resources to create, we use plant-based products which are from a natural resource which means they are renewable resources. In using renewable resources, this means that they grow back after we have used them, so we are not depleting natures resources just to produce our products.
